Return Window: Returns must be requested and shipped back within 14 days.
Condition: Items must be unworn and in original condition, with tags still attached.
Packaging: If possible, send your product back in the original packing — it helps us stay sustainable 🌿
Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
Exclusions: Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Returns Process:
Use our returns submission form for a fast and simple return process:
• Pack your items securely. If possible, please reuse the original packaging.
• Attach your return label to the parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office location.
• Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund, store credit, or exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after your return arrives.
REFUND PROCESSING
• Processing time: Once your return arrives, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be reviewed and processed.
• Refund method: All refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Store credit & gift card refunds:
– If your order was purchased using store credit or a gift card, your refund will be returned to the same credit or card.
For split payments, the credited amount will be reinstated first, and any remaining balance refunded to your original payment method.
• Non-refundable costs: Please note that delivery fees, duties, and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
• Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.
• Timing: Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank’s processing times.
