​We understand that purchasing online is not always easy, due to this we are open to exchanges. We do not offer refunds. Refunds will only be accepted if the item you have received is deemed faulty. Alternatively, we can offer you a credit, which has no expiry.  Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup stains and/ or smell of perfume or body odour.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders within the Australia take 1-5 business days to arrive, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the method you choose.

We offer two services for interstate and international- regular & express.

We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order.

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Australia. For international orders, we offer free shipping on orders over $150.
