Here at Jupiters Heart we are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. We understand that purchasing online is not always easy, due to this we are open to exchanges. We do not offer refunds. Refunds will only be accepted if the item you have received is deemed faulty. Store credits can also be provided.

 

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days.Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup stains and/ or smell of perfume or body odour.

Any returns that have exceeded 14 days from the delivery date are ineligible and will automatically be shipped back to the customer. Please follow our returns policy guide below.

Frequently asked questions


Will the shipping cost of the return be covered? 

The cost of the return is at the customers expense. Jupiters Heart will only cover a one way express return. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Can I exchange a sale item? 

Items purchased throughout a promotion where a discount code has been provided are valid for a return or exchange. Sale items are not valid for an exchange as they are considered as a final mark down.

How long will it take for my return to be processed? 

  • At Jupiters Heart we are working around the clock to provide you with the quickest and easiest exchange. Please keep in mind that at busy periods and holidays an item can take up to 5 days to be processed and returned.  

Does my store credit from my return expire?

Store credits are valid for 12 months.
