How much will shipping cost? 

$8.95 for domestic standard postage & $11.95 for domestic express. Free Australian shipping is available on orders over $100.

Can I change my order? 

Once your order has been placed we are unable to guarantee that we can make changes to your order or delivery details. Please get in contact with us as soon as possible. We recommend double checking all details prior to submitting your order.  

What do I do if i've received a faulty or an incorrect item ? 

Please get in contact with a member of our team as soon as possible with your order details. We will then process a refund or a replacement for you. For faulty items we advise you to send supporting imagery.

How can I track my order? 

All domestic and international parcels are sent through Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided via email once the parcel has been sent. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to process.

What are your packaging options? 

All items are packaged in our eco-friendly 100% organic drawstring bags. Our postal bags are 100% biodegradable.

Do you offer returns or exchanges? 

 

​We understand that purchasing online is not always easy, due to this we are open to exchanges. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup stains and/ or smell of perfume or body odour. Please refer to our returns policy page for further information.

 

What if my package is lost? 

If your package gets lost in transit, please get in contact with a member from our team and we'll file a claim. We will try our best to take care of the issue as quickly as possible.

If the parcel has been delivered to the correct address provided Jupiters Heart will not be held accountable for lost or stolen packages.
