RETURNS
RETURNS POLICY
We understand that purchasing online is not always easy, due to this we are open to exchanges. We do not offer refunds. Refunds will only be accepted if the item you have received is deemed faulty. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup stains and/ or smell of perfume or body odour.
The cost of the return will not be reimbursed or refunded. If the package does not reach us safely it is beyond our control and we will not be able to issue the return/ refund. We recommend sending the parcel with a postal service that provides tracking to avoid any issues.
SALE ITEMS
We cannot accept any returns on any sale items or items purchased using a promotional code.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a faulty item please email us at jupitersheart@outlook.com. With supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All returned items will be assessed and if deemed faulty by Jupiters Heart we will issue a refund. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.
